• The most versatile spear around.
• This spear is used for sulphur addition through the side valve when used in conjunction with the braided dosing line. Once the dose has been added you connect a gas line to purge the braided line and the spear of sulphur at the same time mixing the sulphur into the wine.
• With the braided dosing line removed you can click on the gas pulse connection, adjust the timer to the required setting and you can now use the spear for turning over the contents of the tank.
• You can also change the sulphur dosing diffuser to a stainless steel sinter and apply gas and you have a tank sparging spear.
